If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 10 calendar days of accepting delivery.* Offer excludes returns on all Automated External Defibrillator (AED) units and accessories due to health and safety reasons.
St. John Ambulance BC & Yukon’s 10-day return policy is simple. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition as you received it. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, contact our Customer Care Team at bcy.customerservice@sja.ca with your order number.
Should you receive an Automated External Defibrillator that is in a damaged condition, passed its expiration date, recalled, or otherwise malfunctioning, you must contact the AED's manufacturer. Please note that a restocking, or shipping/handling fee may apply as per that manufacturer's policy.
Return with St. John Ambulance – It's Easy:
- You can return your purchase within 14 calendar days from accepting delivery.* Excludes AED products.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
- Return shipping is absolutely FREE within Canada. You will be provided with a pre-paid return label to return the purchase to us.**
- Once your return is received and inspected by our Warehouse Team (usually within 5 business days of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
- Shipping costs associated with an action on the part of the customer, such as incorrect order, are the responsibility of the customer and are subject to a 15% restock fee.
